After many years of splitting my time between teaching duties at the State University of New York’s Orange County Campus and my private accounting practice, I retired from education. In response to client needs and wishes I expanded the level of services I offered to businesses and individuals. I try to provide every client with a high level of professional accounting services and personal attention.
My college background includes an undergraduate major in accounting, a graduate degree in adult education and training, and another graduate degree in business administration. Every year, in order to maintain my license and keep current with emerging issues, I complete a series of professional continuing education courses. I have worked for a variety of accounting firms and post secondary educational institutions over the past 30 years.
I am a member of the New Paltz Chamber of Commerce and a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. My wife, Nancy, is a counselor specializing in women’s issues and children’s concerns. She is a certified yoga instructor. Her office is in New Paltz. We have two grown daughters. My main interest outside of my professional pursuits is music—making it, listening to it and discussing it.
